HomeGerard Bringley and Hoang Ton Nguyen have been in the same table for most of the day and at times they found themselves tangled in a pot. In a hand that we caught at the flop of 2♦ 3♣ 6♠, Bringley on the big blind checked to early position player Nguyen who bet 1500. A player from mid position folded, the db player called, and Bringley check-called. At the turn of Q♠, Bringley checked to Nguyen again who banged out 3500, the db player decided to get out of the action, but Bringley did the opposite, he check-raised to make it 8800 total. After tanking, Nguyen gave up his stab at the pot and surrendered his hand.
