Han Se Noon
Just before registration closed we caught a couple of players get burned on the river. At table 7, on a Jack high turn board, one of the day’s entering chip leaders Han Se Noon was all in with pocket Queens and Leo Kho with pocket Jacks set. When the river came slapping down the two-outer Queen, it was the end for Kho and a surge to over 200K for Han.
At table 2, on a board 3♥ Q♥ 8♠, Aden Ang Kok Sin raised, small blind Terrence Dizon called. On the turn 6♥, Dizon checked, Aden shoved, Dizon snap called. Aden opened A♥ 5♦ nut flush draw, Dizon Q♣ Q♦ set. The river 4♥ granted the flush to the aggressor Aden to zoom to 175k while Dizon was crippled down to just 4k.
