Eman Segismundo headed for the exit as his J♥ J♦ failed to hold against Ahmed Ibrahimi’s K♣ Q♠. The hand began with Czar Iyan Marcos opening to 15k and Ibrahimi on the button, three-bet to 40k. Segismundo woke up with the premium hand from the big blind and jammed his 158k stack. Priced in, Ibrahimi called and saw a board of Q♥ 4♦ 9♣ 6♣ 5♠ to take down the pot.
Couple hands later, William Fasano opened to 12k and Ibrahimi once again fired a three-bet to 37k. Julius Lagman from the small blind, pushed his 156k stack in the middle and ran into Fasano’s A♠ K♠. Dominated with A♥ J♥, Lagman exited in 23rd.
On the other table, Czardy Rivera was all-in for 115k on the button against original raiser Yuto Hishikawa and caller Buddy Boy Blue. Hishikawa made the call and showed K♦ K♠ crushing Rivera’s 9♦ 9♠.
22 players left on the last level before Day 3.
