Preflop betting action led to Shinichiro Tone and Jin Yong still in the hand. The flop came 8 4 8, Tone bet 2k, Yong raised to 10k, and Tone called. The turn of 3 and river of K was checked by both and Tone won with A A.


Lucky flush saves Yong from elimination

With everyone folding to the blinds, Jin Yong shoved and big blind Takuya Kato snap-called.

Hanayama shoves Jeon

Last big hand we saw between Jeon Seung Soo and Takeo Hanayama, Jeon folded rockets for Hanayama to win the pot. They are back in a heated battle gunning for this pot.

On a flop of 2 6 8, Hanayama led for 3k, Jeon raised to 9k, Hanayama called. On the turn of 2, Hanayama checked, Jeon banged out 15k, and Hanayama called. On the river of J, Hanayama jumped out with an all in of 27.2k and won it with Jeon folding up.


Tran burns Acfalle with quads, zooms to 150k

On a completed board of 3 J 2 2 A, Linh Tran bet 3500. The player to his immediate left, Frank Acfalle Sr, responded with a big overbet shove of 68k. With more chips in his nest, Tran made the smooth-call. Acfalle opened up 4-5 straight but it wasn’t instantly burned to bits by Tran’s 2-2 quads. Acfalle was eliminated and Tran zoomed to 150k chips.


Tseng’s ladies crack rockets

On a filled board of 4 Q 10 10 3, Tseng Wei Ming checked to Joven Huerto who went all in covering Tseng’s chips if he calls. Tseng did and it was a showdown.

Tseng doubled up to over 70k and Huerto fell to 40k.


Mudgal picks up a plump pot

There were five player in on this hand preflop and 9500 swimming in the center. On the flop of A 10 2, Bryan Huang bet 4300, Dhaval Mudgal called, and so did Yukiko Sumida. The turn of 6 kicked off the next betting round with Huang checking, Mudgal laying out 10kj, Sumida folding, and Huang joining her to award the pot to the bettor.

Action began with Ron Manning raising to 1200 from the cutoff sea and was called by both players defending their blinds, Shinichiro Tone and Martin Corpuz. The flop ran 4 7 9, action was checked to Manning who bet 2k and was check-called by Tone while Corpuz folded. On the trun of J, both checked. Then on the river of 5, there was a flush showing on the board. Tone bet 3k and Manning called. Manning saw Tone’s K Q and mucked.
