Lester Edoc three-bet all in on top of Victor Chong’s raise and ran smack into his pocket aces. Edoc had A-9 offsuit. The board offered no help to Edoc and he fell out of the running.
Redentor Edoc was the ATM machine in these two hands. He doubled up In Sin with his pocket jacks losing to pocket kings then on the next one he doubled up Takeo Hanayama with Q-10 losing to 9-9. Edoc landed two pair byt Hanayama had better with a set.
Edoc fell to 26k in chips.
The last level of the day has sent many players out of contention. The most recent bust outs were locals Jessie Supnet and previous APT Main Event champion, Joven Huerto.
Dhanesh Chainani eliminated Supnet with A♥ 5♦ besting J♣ 10♥. Then at Huerto’s fall, his A♠ K♦ was beaten by Wally Sombero’s A♦ J♦ when a jack landed on the board.
Feng Zhao was all in with K-K and Jun Funabashi called with 9-9. The board bricked and Zhao doubled up to 300k. Funabashi fell to 250k.
Three players entered this pot with one casualty in the end. Dhanesh Chainani took the reins and raised to 13k, Chiu Sze Keung and Jose Drilon called. At the flop of K♦ 9♠ 9♣, Drilon checked, Chainani bet 27k, Keung called, and Drilon got out of the way. On the turn of A♠, Chainani checked to Keung who went all in with his remaining 25k. Chainani called.

The turn of 6♣ saw the action reverse with Abdulla checking to Chainani who bet 55k. Abdulla called. The river of A♥ was waved off with a check by both players and Chainani won with 9♣ 9♠.
