Action packed preflop began with SJ Kim raising to 4500, Sze Che Keung called, Sim Jae Kyung three-bet to 11.5k, Kim four-bet to 24.5k, Keung folded, and Kim won it with Kyung also bowing out.


Jiandani on the rise

Level: 11 Blinds: 1000-2000 Ante: 300

Rajesh Jiandani shipped in a big pot against Byung Il Park with his Q J landing the nut flush. He now has 265k in chips.


Alex Lee eliminates Reyes

Level: 11 Blinds: 1000-2000 Ante: 300

Alex Lee and Alfredo Reyes battled preflop which led to Reyes moving all in with his short stack.

Red Edoc doubled up by Feliciano

Redentor Edoc four-bet all in against Rodolfo Feliciano. Feliciano felt Edoc had A-K and called the big 80.3k shove.

Alexis Lim added another player to his kills, he just eliminated Thomas Syversen. It was an action packed all in preflop.

Tabacon triples up

Algerico Tabacon landed a sweet triple up with his short stack with A 7 two pair on a board of 7 K 9 4 A. He now has around 20k but will need much more to get out of the danger zone.


Sombero muscles up Qiang

Level: 10 Blinds: 800-1600 Ante: 200

Ho Bao Qiang may have entered the day as the leader but that also means he is a prime target for nabbing chips. Yoichi Uesugi has already earned some off him, now it was Wally Sombero’s turn.

On a  flop of 2 9 3, Sombero checked to Qiang who bet 8k. Sombero called. The turn of 4 saw Sombero check again, Qiang bet 16.5k, Sombero shoved, and Qiang surrendered his stake on the pot. Sombero shipped in a good pot.


Ojima’s queens fail him

Level: 10 Blinds: 800-1600 Ante: 200

On a flop of 8 J 6, Mitsunobu Ojima was all in and Masatoshi Tanaka called.

The turn of 5 kept Ojima ahead but the river of Q was not what he wanted to see as it gave Tanaka the straight to crush his set.


Kong’s quads eliminates Marquez

Seongsu Kong added more chips to his stack by eliminating Richard Marquez. On a flop of 4 10 K, Marquez jammed all in and Kong snap-called.
