En Ching Wu raised to 10k, button Emmanuel Segismundo three-bet to 27k, Wu four-bet to 96k, Segismundo folded. Wu took it and climbed to 290k.
Won Hee Lee and Thoo Ming Ken were all in preflop. Lee 9♣ 9♠, Ken (at-risk) player with A♥ K♥. The board ran K♦ K♠ 5♦ 2♦ J♠ for a double up to Ken to 250k.
Sim Jae Kyung put the heat on David Erquiaga on this hand. Action kicked off with button Yip Wai Shing Vinson limping in, sb Sim Jae Kyung aka Simba raised to 8k, bb David Erquiaga three-bet to 30k, Vinson folded, Simba called. On the flop K♥ 6♣ 7♦, both checked. The turn 8♣ Simba checked, Erquiaga bet 27k, Simba raised to 120k, Erquiaga tanked. After what seemed like five minutes, Erquiaga folded while showing A♥ K♣ top pair. Simba claimed the pot and showed 8♦ 9♦ pair and open ended. Simba back up to 550k.
We just realized there were players at the feature table and some have quite large stacks. One of the players there is two-time APT Championships Event winner Lim Yoh Wan aka Boxer. We were able to get a hand on him. Mp Tom Ward raised to 8k, bb Boxer called. On the flop Q♠ 6♣ J♦ and K♠ turn, no bets landed. On the river 2♥, Boxer bet 12k, Ward called. Boxer showed K♠ 10♥ top pair, Ward mucked. Boxer up to 160k.
Lester Edoc’s 9♦ 9♣ failed to ship it with Anh Nguyen’s A♦ 8♣ finding two pair on a board J♥ A♣ 7♥ 8♦ 5♣. Nguyen now up to 70k. Edoc dipped to 330k.
