Peng Fei Liu takes from Sharma, zooms to 420k

One  of the day’s entering chip leaders, Peng Fei Liu, has taken over the chip leader status after picking up a sizable pot against Nishant Sharma. The hand saw both players engage in a preflop raise war for a nicely brewed pile in the middle. At the flop 8♠ 7♥ J♥, Sharma jumped out with a 25.5k bet and Peng called. On the 10♣ turn, Sharma slowed down and checked giving Peng the go-ahead to bet. And Peng did. He laid out a 60k bet and Sharma called. On the J♠ river, Sharma sent the action to Peng who announced all in. Sharma folded.

Peng now at around 420k.
