Big stacked Kam Ip Yuk was moved a new table and was seated to Kosei Ichinose’s immediate right. Yuk wasted no time getting in the action, he raised to 11k and Ichinose called. Both players checked until the river came 9♠ 4♠ Q♣ 6♣ 9♥. Yuk checked, Ichinose bet 15k, and won the pot. The next hand saw Ichinose raise to 7k and took that down too with no callers.
Shortly after losing to James Sun, Kawamoto Yuya found a spot to double up. He was all in with A♦ J♦ and Yong Hoong Ping had 2♣ 2♠. The board ran 8♦ K♠ A♠ 6♦ 9♦. He is now at 100k.
After four levels with Masakani Fujitani and Kam Ip Yuk leading the race, we now have a new chip leader in Jason Sun. A few hands into Level 13, three players were in on a raised pot preflop amounting to 30k.
On the flop A♥ K♠ J♠, big blind Kawamoto Yuya bet 25k, mid-position Sun raised to 55k, cutoff Masuda Shota folded, and back to Yuya who shoved his big stack of around 320k. This tanked Sun then said, “I have to call”. He opened up A♣ A♦ set and Yuya showed A♠ K♣ top two pair. The turn 9♥ and river 3♣ completed the board and Sun shipped a huge double up to 612K. The once big stack Yuya was crippled down to around 47k, around 15bbs.
Masakani Fujita 458K
Kam Ip Yuk 440K
48 players remaining; average stack 177K
Paul Hong may not have the massive stack of Masaki Fujitani but he wasn’t afraid to get it all in against the leader. On a turn board 9♥ J♣ 10♠ A♦ and 26K in the middler, Fujitani checked, Hong bet 25k, Fujitani three-bet 61k, and Hong shoved for an additional 73.5k. Fujitani tanked for just a short bit then folded.
Ognjen Jakara enjoyed taking down two back-to-back pots but was put to a stop by Jinwoo Kim on the third hand. It began with Kim opening for 5200, called by blinds Jakara and Sachiko Harima. At the flop 8♥ 7♥ 7♦, the blinds checked to Kim who c-bet 5500. Jakara raised to 16k, Sachiko folded, and Kim called. On the 9♦ turn, Jakara led for 25k and Kim called. On the Q♥ river, Jakara fired out 34k and Kim announced he was all in for another 81k to Yakara.
“Really?” Jakara asked Kim. Yakara was heard saying he was going to fold but was going to make change with the chips in front of him. He did as said then folded his hand face up J-10 (straight). This confused Kim as to what the action was. The floor was called and Jakara was told he should fold his hand first to determine the action as to it may be considered a call. Cards turned up are live.
Kim won the pot and climbed to 160k.
Earlier we reported on Jason Sun having claimed a side pot during the 4-way all in. Since then, Sun has been running steadily and just moments ago, he doubled up through Masuda Shota. Catching the action only at the shipping, Sun won with Q♠ J♠ straight on a board of 4♣ K♠ A♥ 10♣ 9♥. With a pot brewed in the middle, the all in was post flop.
Kam Ip Yuk just delivered Han Tae Hoon a sick defeat. While sitting on the big blind, Yuk three-bet Han’s 5200 raise to 17.4k. Han answered with a four bet to 37.4k, and Yuk opted to see the flop and called. The flop landed J♦ 4♠ 6♠, Yuk shoved his massive stack and Han with the quick call.
Yuk 6♥ 6♥ two pair
Han A♠ A♦ overpair
The turn 4♣ further improved Yuk to a full house and with the 9♠ river, that was it for Han. Yuk climbed to around 440K and is looking like he is the chip leader once again.

Kam Ip Yuk 400K
Kawamoto Yuya 400K
