On the full board 5♦ 4♥ 7♠ J♦ 9♠ and around 160k brewed, chip leader Hideki Izutsu bet 100k sending Tamon Nakamura tanking for some time. Nakamura eventually called and mucked while shaking his head upon seeing Izutsu’s A♣ A♦. Izutsu now at 1.2m.

Aleksei Sei won an earlier pot against Sunny Jennens with a check-raise from 40k to 130k on the river with board showing a one card straight J-6-8-7-9. Jennens folded. We saw him claim another pot with a three-bet of 70k on top of Jaepil You’s 25k raise.

On a raised pot preflop and a board felting 4♥ 2♥ J♥, Pak Valeriy checked, Jaepil You bet 100k, Valeriy all in with less than the bet putting himself at risk of elimination.

Liu Qiao Nan opened the round with a raise to 18k. Konstantin Pogodin called, then down the orbit Naoki Morita moved all in for 145k. Liu folded while Pogodin called.

Inotsume Kazuma was all in with 9-9 and faced Kei Kiyohara with A-Q for his tournament life. The board ran clean until the river when an ace showed up. Kazuma falls in 21st place. He earned ₩2,564,000.

Another short stack got a pump up in chips. Inotsume Kazuma shoved with K♠ Q♠ and got called by Tae Hoon Han with J♦ J♠. The board fell A♥ 4♥ 8♠ Q♦ Q♣. Kazuma now at 200k.

Hiroyuki Yoshimura avoided the rail with a lucky river. He was all in with 5♦ 5♣ and chip leader Hideki Izutsu called with A♥ A♣. The board ran J♠ 4♠ J♣ 6♦ 5♠ for a full house to Yoshimura. He doubled up his short stack and is up to 200k.

Akihiro Ueada, 24th place

First player to bust out was Akihiro Ueda. He was all in with A♦ 4♦ and Jaepil You called with J♦ J♠. A four did show up on the board but not good enough for Ueda to stay in the game.
