Ng Ka Shing put a stop to chip leader Rayhaan Adam by earning himself a double up. Shing limp-called an 11k raise by Adam. At the flop 6♠ A♦ 8♣, Shing bet 19k, Adam called. On the turn 3♣ another 15k by Shing, called again. On the river K♣, Shing jammed (60k), Adam called. Shing showed A♣ 2♣ flush for the win. Adam had A♥ 10♠ top pair. Shing up to 240k, Adam dropped to 410k.
Rayhaan Adam continues to gobble up chips at his table. His recent win was the elimination of Frederic Bolliet. On a low flop, the shoves happened. Bolliet with pocket queens but Adam had pocket aces.
Benjamin Song called a player’s all in. Song was dominated with A-J behind A-K. But the board favored him granting a jack on the flop. Song busted one and grew to 250k.
Pham Trung Kien called Daniel Sinaguglia’s shove. Pham had K♦ Q♦, Sinaguglia J♠ 10♠, the board ran 3♦ J♥ Q♣ 4♠ 7♠. Pham shipped it and is up to 190k.
Xiao Yucheng was all smiles after scoring a double up through Nguyen Van Dung. Yucheng initiated the action. From utg he raised to 7k, button Van Dung called. When the board ran 7♣ 7♠ 2♥ 10♦ 5♣, Yucheng triple-barreled 7k, 16k, and 47.5k. Van Dung tanked on the river until the clock was called. On the last second, Van Dung announced all in. Yucheng snap-called. Van Dung showed 8♣ 8♠, Yucheng shipped it with Q♦ Q♣. Van Dung plunged to 60k, Yucheng zoomed to 235k.
Hijack Jet Zhang Liang opened for 7k, bb David Erquiaga defended. On the flop 3♦ Q♠ 10♠, Erquiaga called a 6k c-bet by Liang. The turn 9♣ and river Q♥ drew no bets. Liang won it with J♦ 9♦ two pair to Erquiaga’s A♠ J♣. Liang up to 270k, Erquiaga at 360k.
While players continue to tumble, new hitters rise. Though we missed the action, Francis Garson is currently chip leader with 460k. In second rank is David Erquiaga with 360k.
Tony Fan was dealt his last hand of the main. He shoved his short stack with pocket eights to battle with but big blind Benjamin Song wouldn’t let his blinds go and defended with K♣ 8♣. A king showed up on the flop and that was it for Fan. Song up to 190k.
