At the flop 2♦ J♦ 8♣, Nghia c-bet 16k, Long called. On the 5♦ turn, Nghia checked, Long jammed his 63.3k stack leading to Nghia to tank for some time. The clock was eventually called and on the last second, he found the courage to call.
Upon seeing Long’s A♠ 8♦, Nghia slapped open his 9♦ 9♣ higher pair. And with the 9♥ river, he shipped it while sending Long out in the process. What a call! Nghia started the day at 12,700 and he is now at 240k.
