Mikiya Kudo has just taken down Lim Yohwan to become the newest APT champion! After meeting 24 heads up hands, Kudo’s A♠ 3♥ defeated Yohwan’s A♥ Q♣ on a wild board that ran 4♠ 5♠ 2♦ 9♦ 8♥ for a straight on the flop.
Lim Yohwan – runner up
Yohwan earned the PHP 1,896,100 runner up prize money while Mikiya Kudo shipped the top prize PHP 2,844,500. He was also awarded the APT Championship Ring.
