It began with an early position player raising to 1100 preflop, was called by a mid position player, by Runas on the button, and by both the blinds. At the flop of 9♦ 4♥ 2♣, sb and bb checked, initial raiser bet 2400, Runas called, sb folded, and bb check-raised all in for his remainnig 6000. Oddly, the initial bettor folded, but Runas called. At the showdown, Runas had A♠ 9♥ for top pair against bb’s 2♠ 3♥. With the turn of 6♠ and river of 10♣, Runas was shipped the pot and railed one in the process.
