Zhao’s main event run is over, just a few hands away from his early double-up in Day 3.
Zhao: 9♠ 9♦
Allado: K♠ K♦
Safe board Q♥ A♦ 10♣ 3♣ 4♦ for Allado, who climbs to over 100,00 after this hand.
Zhao在筹码翻番后不久便遭遇滑铁卢,此役战况如下:
Zhao: 9♠ 9♦
Allado: K♠ K♦
公共牌 Q♥ A♦ 10♣ 3♣ 4♦ ,Allado胜出并带走超过十万筹码。
Marc Rivera opened to 8,000 preflop and got a call from Weiyi Zhang. Charles Lesmana wanted more and put in 23,000 for the re-raise. Both Rivera and Zhang called.
Flop: K♠ K♣ 7♠
Lesmana fires a bigger 29,500– Rivera called but Zhang threw away his hand.
Both players checked the turn 10♣ and on the river 9♣, Rivera led out for 25,000… Warranting a fold from Lesmana. Rivera climbs to over 200,000.
Iori Yogo is chasing Sam Razavi in the APT Player of the Year 2015 Standings through the events so far in this APT stop:
RANK | NAME | COUNTRY | TITLES | ITM | POY |
1 | SAMAD RAZAVI | ENGLAND | 7 | 20 | 2,411.50 |
2 | Iori Yogo | Japan | 5 | 17 | 2,181.80 |
For a shot at taking the lead over the four-time APT POY winner, Yogo needed an ITM finish or a deep run in this main event.
Apparently, Yogo now has to get those APT POY points elsewhere after his aces were cracked by Joven Huerto’s kings in what would be his final hand in this main event.
Yogo: A♦ A♥
Huerto: K♠ K♣
Flop: 5♠ Q♣ 6♣
Turn: K♦
River: 3♣
Yogo is busted out and Huerto, thanks to a lucky turn, climbs to over 200,000.
Tanaka Masatoshi’s bullets has doubled him up to about 190,000. A♣ A♠ on the board 4♣ A♦ K♣ 7♣ 3♣ was the ideal start for the Japanese and he joins one of the bigger stacks in Day 3.
From 166,000 to start the day, Bryan Huang’ stack is now about half of that, no thanks to SJ Kim.
With a pot of over 70,000 on the board A♦ 2♥ 3♠ 9♥, SJ Kim check-called Huang’s 43,000 bet. On the river K♥, Kim checked again and this time Huang checked as well.
Kim shows 9♣ 9♠ for the set and Huang mucked his hand. Kim has now around 260,000.
Feng Zhao, who jokingly wrote 16 BILLION in his bag during yesterday’s bag-and-tag round, has doubled up to over 32 BILLION.
Zhao actually had 16,000 (obviously) and now has roughly 36,000 after he avoided elimination shoving with Q♦ 7♦.
Luke Pangan opened to 10,000 preflop and saw Tang Chong Hwee shove his final 56,000 or so. Pangan snap-called, for a good reason:
Pangan: A♠ A♦
Hwee: Q♠ Q♥
Flop had an ace and that’s all she wrote for the Singaporean, our second bust-out in Day 3. Pangan climbs to about 140,000.
Do Kwuen Kim was the guy responsible for the bust-out of Hieu Le, the first to get eliminated today.
Almost equal in stacks, both guys were all-in in the board 3♠ 9♦ 8♣ 9♣ J♣
Kwuen Kim: Q♦ 10♦
Le: A♥ J♦
Tan Chong Hwee of Singapore and Hieu Le of Vietnam are our first two bust-outs for Day 3. Not really very short-stacked at 58,000 and 47,500, respectively but they had good-to-great hands so they decided it was time to double-up or get the boot.
We’re down to 49 players.
