SJ Kim opened to 6,800 preflop and saw Jojo Allado re-raise to 15,500. Kim called.

Flop: J 3 6

Allado jammed 56,000 and Kim just couldn’t call the overbet.


Timed Out Twice

Level: 11 Blinds: 500-1000 Ante: 100

The cut-off player opened to 8,500 but saw John Tech re-raise to 26,500 more. He tanked for a long time and eventually one called time. The player was timed out to a fold.

The next hand, the same player faced an all-in (9,000) from Kosei Ichinose on the board 8 7 A 5. Again, he spent a considerable time in the tank, got called for time and again, timed out of his option for a fold.


Hui Won’t Indulge Against Araniel (Yao Hui开局谨慎,望后段有所突破!)

On the flop Q 7 10, Yao Hui bet 4,300 but saw Noel Araniel raise to 12,000. Too much for Hui, who folded his hand.

Qiang shoved with his final 9,000 or so and got called by Yah Loon.

Tan Chong Hwee Doubles

Tan Chong Hwee moved all-in (12,700) with A 10 and got called by Hu Bao Qiang, who had the pocket sixes.

Tan immediately spiked the ace on the flop 9 A 9 and Qiang couldn’t recover on the turn 3 and river Q.

Qiang dropped to 9,000 after this hand while Tan moved up to about 25,000.


Bringley Jams with Air, Busts Out

On the preflop, Gerard Bringley jammed with just J 2 against Joven Huerto. Unfortunately for Bringley, Huerto had pocket aces and he snap-called.

And Huerto’s aces hold; Bringley is out of the main event.


Falcon Falls

Michael Falcon has busted out of the main event. He shoved his final 15,000 with A 6 and got a call from Piyush Gupta A K, one of the chip leaders so far today.

Falcon can’t find a six and he’s out of the main event.


Patni Cracks Aces, Survives

Level: 11 Blinds: 500-1000 Ante: 100

A mid-position player check-called the flop 6 A 3 against Kunal Patni then check-jammed on the turn 4. Patni called and was shown the bad news: A A for his opponent although he had a straight draw.

The river 7 landed completing Patni’s straight and he survives in this main event jumping to over 50,000 after cracking the aces.


Casey Ousts 2, Including Arce

Level: 11 Blinds: 500-1000 Ante: 100

Three-way action right here with two players with short stacks against Gerald Casey, who got both covered.

Casey spiked his set right on the flop 7 J 9 though the turn 8 gave Arce a straight draw. No ten on the river 5 and Casey busts out both of his opponents and climbs to over 80,000 after this hand.
