132 Players So Far for Day 1C

We’re currently at 132 players for Day 1c. Last year, in the APT Asian Series Manila, 356 runners joined that event which means that we’re 25 players away from matching 2014’s number. Registration is until the end of the dinner break (8:20 PM) so there’s a shot this main event’s total matches or betters last year.

Nice Pot for Falcon

Level: 6 Blinds: 150-300 Ante: 25

On a flop of 9 J 8, Michael Falcon bet 1,100 and got a flat call from a player from the cut-off. Turn 2 and Falcon C-bets 2,200 and again the CO player called. River A Falcon continues his story, fires 3,000 but saw a raise to 6,000 by the opponent. Falcon called.

Falcon: J 9
CO Player: A Q

Ms. Tung Finally Plays a Hand (美女牌手Eleey Tung出手不凡!)

Level: 6 Blinds: 150-300 Ante: 25

The beautiful Ms. Eleey Tung is gaining a reputation of being one of the tightest players in her table, and perhaps, in the entire cast of Day 1C. So when she bet 3,300 on the flop 6 3 Q against Hayato Kitajima, he quickly threw away his hand.

Ms. Tung wins one and hopefully we get to see more action from here before Day 1C ends.

Eleey Tung在对手打法都很紧的一桌中表现抢眼,她在翻牌圈 6 3 Q后加注3,300成功逼走日本选手Hayato Kitajima,稳住气场。

Quads for Oto, Survives Against Cowboys

Level: 6 Blinds: 150-300 Ante: 25

Nakuyasu Oto’s run in this main event is not over yet as he hit everything on the flop holding pocket threes and was up against pocket kings.

Right on the flop, the poker gods wanted him to stay dealing 2 3 3. Turn 5 and river 4 was insignificant in this hand and Oto climbs back to around 8,500.
