Cards Fly for the Main Event of APT Philippines 2014

The Main Event of the APT Philippines 2014 at the Resorts World Manila began 1:00 p.m. on Saturday as Day 1A of the $2,700 buy-in tournament kicked things off in search of the next poker great. The last time the APT Philippines held its stop here, Khac Trung Tran of Australia ruled the main event.

How many players will advance from today’s opening flight? And who will following Tran’s lead as the next APT champion? We’ll have answers at the end of the day as 8 levels of poker at one hour per level are scheduled for today.

The DafaPoker NLH event ($350) and the Last Chance Main Event Mega Satellite ($300) are also scheduled on Saturday.

Cards are in the air already and we’ll be on on top of all the crucial hands and huge pots. Make sure you follow the action in our LIVE REPORTING page.
