HomeFrom July 24th to the 31st, Macau will experience a downpour of poker players from all over the globe converging at the StarWorld Hotel for the Asian Poker Tour Macau 2013.

Kicking off the eight-day poker festivities is the Mix Max 10-6-4 tournament together with the Add On for Charity for the Holy House of Mercy Macau – recipient of all add ons in the event. The next day will then feature Pot Limit Hold’em – Pot Limit Omaha and the HK$ 50,000 High Rollers events. Also part of the schedule are other popular APT tournaments like the Head Hunter, Ladies of Poker, Heads up, Pot Limit Omaha, 6 Handed and No Limit Hold’em tournaments culminating with the crowning of a new APT Macau Main Event Champion. Current Top Five of the APT Player of the Year 2013
Confirmed to attend are the top 5 players in the 2013 APT Player of the Year standings namely Minsoo Kim, Tetsuya Tsuchikawa, Ben Abrahams, Jeon Seung Soo and Kristian Faering; all looking to rack up points and follow in the footsteps of reigning 2012 APT POY Sam Razavi who will also be making an appearance on the felt. Other confirmed players include title holders Joe Hachem and Oliver Speidel while hoping to improve on their performance last year are Poker King Club’s Winfred Yu and DafaPoker Ambassador Richard Zhu who came in second and third respectively at Main Event Final Table.
