The last APT Main Event title-holder has just departed. Soo Jo Kim all in with pocket threes but Ankit Wadhawan had better with pocket jacks. The board offered no help to Kim. He exited in 42nd place.


Hwang Seongil rivers Song Daewoong

Song Daewoong had it all in with A K that dominated Hwang Seongil’s A 6. The board seemed to be good to Song running Q 2 A A but when the river felted 6 it was a full house for Hwang to finish Song in 43rd place. Hwang up to 547k.


Madhav Gupta doubles up Mori then busts Lee

Back-to-back hands for Madhav Gupta sent his stack down a bit then up a bit. He first doubled up Go Mori who pushed on the turn board 5 J 3 A. Mori had A 5 two pair, Gupta A K top pair. The river was 10. Mori rose to 239k. Gupta down to 368k.

Next hand, Taeho Lee went all in with Q 9, Gupta called with A A, no help came for Lee. Gupta went up to 440k. Lee out in 44th place.


Ashish Munot goes up, Taeho Lee down to 10 bbs

We only caught the action as the dealer was counting out the double up. Bb Ashish Munot had 10 8 and utg+1 Taeho Lee A J. The board was 6 10 5 4 4 and around 150k in the middle. Munot up to 330k, Lee dropped to 58k.


Akshay Nasa delivers the bubble! Money time

We didn’t have to wait long for the bubble to burst. After Charles Lesmana exited, there was an all in at a separate table. Nguyen Thi Bao An with A K, Akshay Nasa ahead with K K. The board ran clean Q 10 8 Q 9 and just like that, everyone was in the money. Nasa up to 670k.


Flush over flush! Sofia Lovgren ends Lesmana, rises to 870k

Sofia Lovgren is crushing table 2 at the moment. She just sent Charles Lesmana packing up at the start of this level. From cutoff, she raised, button Lesmaana called.
