Sofia Lovgren initiated the action in two hands but failed to claim both pots. The first hand she raised to 24k from u+1, sb Nguyen Duc Bien three-bet to 76k, she called. On the flop 3 5 6, Nguyen c-bet 75k, Lovgren called. On the turn Q both checked it and the river came 6. Nguyen led for 65k, Lovgren called, Nguyen had K K and claimed the pot as Lovgren mucked.

Next hand Lovgren raised to 25k, and bb Cuong Nguyen defended. At the flop K 8 4, both checked. On the turn 9, Nguyen bet 32k and was called. On the river 6, check check again, Nguyen showed A 8 pair, Lovgren mucked. Lovgren down to 1.16M.


Nguyen Quang Minh out in 18th place – VND 91,350,000 (~USD 3,900)

All in preflop, Nguyen Quang Minh aka Mr Ngo with A Q, Choi Eng Loong was way ahead with A A, the board ran 7 A 4 J J to further improve Choi to a full house. Mr Ngo out in 18th place. He earned VND 91,350,000.


James Chavanarojrit doubles up through Choi Eng Loong

After a preflop raise war, James Chavanarojrit had all his chips out front with Q Q to back him up and faced Choi Eng Loong with A J. No bad beat on the board for a double up to Chavanarojrit to 560k. Choi dropped to 422k.
