King Lun Lau chunked, Fu Bang Huang doubles up

Fu Bang Huang went all in with 9 9 that ran into King Lun Lau’s K K, however, when the board ran 9 10 Q 8 6, Huang improved to a set to avoid the rail and double up to 635k. Lau dropped to around 120k.

Several hands later, Lau was all in with K Q and busted to Dao Minh Phu’s A Q. We are now down to 19 players…. bubble round.


Two aces help Kim Michael Enriquez rise

After doubling up with aces at the previous level, Kim Michael Enriquez has been shaking up the table. He won another two pots to bring his stack over 300k. The first one was against Lok Gino who bet 40k on a board 4 9 10 Q. Kim shoved (192k), Gino folded.

Next winning pot him call Dao Minh Phu’s turn 55k turn bet 8 6 9 2. On the river 9, both checked. Dao showed 7 3 air, Kim won it with A A.

At table 2, Piet Pape fell to chip leader with Q J missing the board against Chauve’s A 9. At table 3, Nguyen Tan Phuoc dominated A-4 fell to Tan Nguyen’s A-9.

Two more to the money which means bubble is coming… only one player is bubble protected, Go Mori who has a very large stack.


Vincent Chauve rails Ma Chun Yu

Ma Chun Yu has gone in a couple of times without getting called but on the third shove, Vincent Chauve called. Ma J 9, Chauve A K, the flop offered hope to Ma as it ran J Q 6 but with the turn A it was nearly over for him. The river 4 ensured it. Chauve shipped it and is at 1.3M.


Tien Quyet Pham with stays alive

Tien Quyent Pham earned another double up with A J besting Ray Chiu’s A 4. He is now 225k.


Jerome Bradpiece pays then gains

Jerome Bradpiece doubled up Hsing Hsiung Tai with Q Q outdrawn by Tai’s A K when an ace showed up on the board. However, he made up the lost chips by sending Duong Minh Hai packing with 9 9 over 6 6. Bradpiece up to 465k.


Big hands tabled! Vincent Chauve over a mil, Mudgal drops to 310k

The first player to reach a million is none other than the entering chip leader Vincent Chauve. To send him there, he won a big pot against Dhaval Mudgal. From mid position, Chauve opened to 23k, called by button Mudgal and bb Laksh Pal Singh. At the flop Q J 4, two checks then a c-bet by Chauve. Only Mudgal called. On the turn K, action switched up. Chauve checked, Mudgal bet 104k, called by Chauve. The river 2, no more bets landed. Chauve showed A J nut flush, Mudgal showed his A-10 straight. Chauve scooped.


Philippine players go up and down

Two players were all in at separate tables. Kim Michael Enriquez three-bet jammed with A A and initial raiser Dao Minh Phu called. The board ran clean for a double up and more to Kim with Jerome Bradpiece calling Dao’s initial 16k raise. Kim up to 220k

At table 3, David Erquiaga was all in with 2[2h} and failed to improve against Tan Nguyen’s 5 5 to bust next.
