Laksh Pal Singh takes from Enriquez twice

Back to back pots between Laksh Pal Singh and Kim Enriquez both went to Singh who is now well over 1M. First pot, cutoff Enriquez raised to 26k, sb Singh three-bet to 110k, Enriquez folded.

Next pot, Enriquez raised to 27k, button Singh called. On the flop 4 2 A, Enriquez c-bet 22k, Singh called. On the turn 7, Enriquez checked, Singh laid out a bet, and a quick fold by Enriquez.


Tu Le eliminated in 15th place – VND 95,050,000 (~USD 4,000)

Tu Le pushed with A Q and got snap-called by Kensuke Koizumi with K K. The board ran low, Tu Le missed to fall in 15th place. He earned VND 95,050,000 (~USD 4,000) for his finish. Kensuke up to 1.085M.

Laksh Pal Singh grinds to a million

Laksh Pal Singh claimed three pots to bring his stack to a million. The first one he raised to 26k from utg, called by the blinds. No bets on the flop 3[7s} 10 and the turn came 3. Singh bet 43k, no callers.

Next winning pot, raised from the button, bb Kang Feng Lien defended. No bets on the flop 3 3 10 and the turn felted 10. Lien check-called a 26k bet from Singh. No bets on the river K. Lien with A 6, Singh won it with 7 7.

Third pot, Singh called hijack Tu Le’s 26k raise from cutoff. The flop J K 6, Le c-bet 20k, Singh called. On the 4 turn and river Q, no bets by either, Le had A 3, Singh claimed it with 2 2.


Ray Chiu gains some off Koizumi

From cutoff, Kensuke Koizumi raised to 27k, bb Ray Chiu defended. At the flop 10 6 8, Chiu checked, Kensuke c-bet 25k, Chiu jammed, Kensuke folded. Chiu up to 320k, Kensuke dipped to 618k.


Kensuke Koizumi doubles up through Huang

Three-way beefed up the pot and the flop came 2 3 3. Sb Kensuke Koizumi checked, utg Fu Bang Huang bet 35k, button Laksh Pal Singh called, and back to Kensuke who called. On the turn 5, another 85k bu Huang, Singh folded, Kensuke check-jammed (240k), Huang called.

Chauve loses more… Hsing Hsiung Tai doubles up

All in at the flop J 3 4, Hsing Hsiung Tai with A J top pair, Vincent Chauve with Q Q overpair. When the turn and river came 2 5, it was a straight for Tai to double up to 362k. Chauve dropped to 508k.


Go Mori goes up, Chauve loses a chunk

Big pot claimed by Go Mori to jump to 1.2M. The hand opened with Tan Nguyen raising to 25k, called by three players to see the flop land 8 4 7. Cutoff Vincent Chauve bet 45k, button Mori called, two others check-folded. On the turn 3, Chauve fired 100k and Mori called. On the river 6, Chauve check-called a 100k bet by Mori. Mori showed 7 7 set. Chauve mucked.

Mori up to 1.2M, Chauve down to 750k.


Ta Duy Quoc Chinh out in 16th place – VND 79,210,000 (~USD 3,400)

First hand of the new level and we quickly lost Ta Duy Quoc Chinh. With a big pot already formed by the river board J 3 2 K 4, he was all in for his remaining 90k and Vincent Chauve had more than enough to call. Chauve did and shipped it with K Q top pair higher kicker against Chinh’s K 10.

Chinh out in 16th place and earned VND 79,210,000 (~USD 3,400).
