During the hand, on a raised pot preflop, the flop showed 7♥ Q♣ J♠ to which Mariakis bet 32K. Pasco replied with a raise to make it 97K to go. Mariakis called. Then at the turn of Q♦ both slowed down and checked. But at the river of 9♥, Mariakis was all in and Pasco called.
Mariakis double up and now sits at 470K chips.
Mike Takayama and Azusa engaged in a hand that we caught at the flop of 3♦ 3♣ 2♣. Maeda bet 16K and Takayama check-called. At the turn of Q♦, both checked. Then on the river of Q♣, Takayama led out for 87K, and Maeda called. Takayama won the hand with A♠ Q♠ full house.
Nikulin Roman (Russia) faced a bet from middle position and decide to shove his final 70,000 or so, Jessie Supnet (Philippines) snap-called with his J♥ J♠. Roman tabled 8♦ 8♣
No miracle eight on the board Q♠ 6♠ K♦ A♠ 7♠ and Supnet even got an unnecessary flush.
Supnet climbs to over 140,000 or so.
Sam Nee of Malaysia the leader in Day 1A is out of the main event. He receives PHP 90,000 for his efforts.
Lim Choon Kwang wanted to protect his big blind by shoving against a small blind player, Lourdes Fernandez, who limped into the pot.
Fernandez tanked but eventually folded his hand.
Yuri Ishida (Japan) shoved with A♦ 10♦ and got a caller from Euryd Rivera (Philippines) who had pocket queens. No ace on the board and we are down to 31 players.
Bede Connelly enetered preflop raise war against Hyunshik Yun until all his chips were in the middle.

Board ran blanks for Yun, 5♠ 6♠ Q♥ 9♥ 3♣, and Connelly happily scooped a sweet double up. He now has 250K chips.
Sekiya Yosuke moved was all in against bigger stacked Tetsuya Tsuchikawa.

Board was 9♥ 7♦ 4♣ 7♥ 10♠ and Yosuke exited in 33rd place. He collects P90,000 for his finish.
Ong Jun Yang (Singapore) obviously wanted a double-up badly to start this Day 3. In the first few hands, he shoved his final 69,000 or so and found no callers.
In another hand Huy Pham (Vietnam), who in an earlier battle doubled-up, raised to 15,000 and saw another shove from Jun Yang for his final 75,000 or so.

The board 4♠ 7♠ J♣ 10♦ 9♠ was of no help whatsoever for Jun Yang and we have another bust out in the main event. Pham has now tripled up his starting stack today to over 180,000.
