Kenji Kurashina was awarded a sizable pot in a hand that saw several raises go back and forth on a turn board of K♥ K♠ Q♥ 7♣. It began with Kurashina betting 1,100, raised to 2,200 by Sinichiro, re-raised to 5,400 by Kurashina, four-bet to 10,800 by Sinichiro, then a shove of another 11,200 by Kurashina for Sinichiro to call. Sinichiro tanked for sometime then eventually folded while revealing his huge hand, K♦ J♣ for trips. Kurashina was kind enough to show his in return, 7♠ 7♥ for a full house.
With a pot over 10,000 already in the middle, the turn board of K♠ 9♠ 2♥ 7♥ prompted Martin Corpuz to bet 8,000. Sam Nee quickly called. Then on the river of 7♦, they both checked and Nee showed his K♣ Q♣ besting Corpuz’s K♥ 4♥.
George Chehadeh began the betting round with a raise to 600 pre flop and was called by two players, namely John Tech and Michael Falcon. At the flop of 6♦ 5♣ 8♦, Chehadeh checked to Falcon who bet 1,400. Tech called and Chehadeh folded. At the turn of 4♣, Falcon bet 2,500, Tech called. Then on the river of K♠, Falcon bet 3,000 Tech raised t0 10,300, and Falcon made the surprising call. This was a very good call for Falcon who had 8♥ 5♥ two pair that snuffed out Tech’s J♦ 10♦ bluff.
With three payers in on a raised pot pre flop, the board ran 7♠ 7♥ 10♥, The utg player checked to Intia who also checked while Frederic Lagache on the button bet 700. The utg player called but Intia got aggressive and check-raised to 1,900. Both Lagache and utg called. On the turn of 6♣, utg checked, Intia bet 2,000, Lagache called, and utg folded. With the river of 2♣ landing on the board, Intia continued with his betting and sent out 4,500. Lagache called. Intia won with his A♣ 7♣ against Lagache’s A♠ 10♠.
Anthony Abesamis looked down at A♠ A♦ and after engaging in a pre flop raise war against Reniel Galvez, they were both all in with Galvez holding K♠ K♣. With the board running blanks, Abesamis was awarded all of Galvez’s chips.
Well this rarely happens…. three players all with the same hands. It started with Mooney raising to 1,425 and finding two callers. Both of his opponents saw the entire board of 4♦ 5♦ Q♥ J♠ J♥, and they checked at each betting stage. At the showdown, they all had A-7 off suit. Three-way split.
Emelito Dela Cerna landed a sweet double up in hand that we caught at the flop of K♦ 9♥ 5♦. Cerna checked to the cutoff who laid out an 11,000 bet. Cerna called. At the turn of 7♠, Cerna checked again and the cutoff shoved with 20,000 chips. With his tournament life on the line, Cerna called and it was a showdown. Cerna had J♦ 10♦ for a double belly and a flush draw while his opponent held Q♦ Q♥ for second-pair. With a Q♠ felted on the river, Cerna connected with a straight and escalated to 45,000 chips.

On fourth street of J♠, sb checked, Abesamis bet 2,900, Mooney moved all in for a total of 14,500. Tan folded, sb folded, Abesamis thought about it but then folded as well. Mooney scooped a good pot.
