At the flop of Q♦ 8♣ 5♠, both callers check to Beveridge who continues with a 1,200 bet ad finding one customer in Beveridge. At the turn of K♥, Beveridge checked again and Tran bet 1,300. Beveridge called again. Then on the river of 3♠, Beveridge check-folded to Tran who laid out a 4,200 bet.
On a board showing Q♦ 9♠ 7♥, Intia bet 2,600 and was called by Calvin Tan. At the turn of Q♠, Intia bet 2,650 and was responded with a raise by Tan to 6,500. Intia called. Then on the river of 4♣, both players checked and Intia won with his Q♣ J♥ trips. Intia is now over 100,000 chips.
Piyush Gupta min-raised to 1000 and was called by four players. At the flop of 2♣ A♦ 4♠, Nguyen Tran on the sb seat decided to fold, bb player Peter Kleudgen checked, Gupta bet 2,300, and everyone folded giving Gupta the pot.
Although we were unable to record the earlier action, Choong Kon Kim was all-in at the flop of A♠ 4♣ 7♠ against two players while holding A♥ K♥ for top pair. His opponents had A♣ J♦ top pair lower kicker and another with 4♦ 7♦ two pair. With the turn of A♣, Choong landed trips and with the river of Q♠, Choong won with trips and a higher kicker. He climbs to 50,000 while eliminating two from the field.
Raising to 1,500 pre flop, two players made the call but when action landed on Emelito Dela Cerna, he moved all in for 6,900. Tech answered with an all-in as well prompting the initial callers to bow out. At the showdown, Tech had J♠ J♣ against Cerna’s 8♥ 8♦. With the board running 9♥ 4♥ 4♠ 10♦ 2♣, Tech won the hand and railed Cerna at the same time.
John Beveridge scooped up a hefty pile in a hand that started with a limp by the utg player, a limp by Beveridge, a raise to 1,400 by a mid-position player, a call from the button, Jester Intia, and the big blind. Action then swung back to the utg seat player who shoved his remaining 15,000 chips. Beveridge followed suit with a push of 18,000 initiating a fold in all the other players bringing it to a showdown. Beveridge had K♦ Q♦ and utg had 8♣ 8♦ for a coin flip. With the board running K♥ 9♣ K♣ 2♥ 4♣, Beveridge connected with a higher pair and claimed all the chips in the middle while railing one in the process.
Nguyen Tran was in a raised pot with three callers to see a flop land K♠ 6♠ 7♥. The initial raiser led out for 1,200, Tran called, and the other players folded. At the turn of Q♠, action was checked to Tran who bet 2,500 which was called. Then on the river of 10♦, both players checked and Tran claimed the pot with his K♥ 8♥ top pair against A♠ Q♥ that missed.
Akira Ohyama, the newest 888Poker pro, engaged in a hand against Norbert Koh with Koh raising it up to 3,000. Ohyama answered back with a three-bet to 7,900, and Koh called. At the flop of 6♠ 6♣ 4♥, Koh checked to Ohyama who slid out a 3,700 bet. Koh called. At the turn of 7♠, Koh checked again and Ohyama used his option to fire another bet, 8,500, and once again, Koh called. Then on the river of Q♠, Koh checked once more, Ohyama shoved with 20,900 behind and this time, Koh opted to fold. Ohyama scoops a nice pile of chips.

With the board flopping J♠ 10♦ 9♥, a bet of 1,200 was made by the big blind, raised to 3,500 by a mid-position player, called by both Marzan and another player, plus the initial bettor, the big blind. At the turn of 3♥, action checked to mid-position who laid out 6,700. Marzan immediately answered with a 14,400 all in shove. Everyone folded except the mp player who called and it was a showdown.
