Alfie Poetra is one of three Filipinos left in the field. We just caught him win two pots with one of the sending Wang Yi packing up. The first pot saw Poetra raise to 17k, called by Mikiya Kudo on the big blind. At the flop 9 7 2, Poetra c-bet 16k, Kudo called. On the K turn, Poetra banged out 43K, and this time a fold from Kudo.

Next winning hand, Wang Yi all in with A J, Poetra all in with A K, the board felted J 7 Q giving Wang a pair. The 8 kept Wang ahead but with the 10 river, Poetra overtook with a straight to send Wang out in 27th place. Poetra now at 375K.
