The final hand of the main today was a big one with three players facing off. The hand started with a 65k raise by Koji Asaka, Lim Yohwan three-bet to 150k, Kazuki Hurata shoved with 660k, Asaka shoved with less (385k), and Yohwan with his massive stack tank-called.

The board ran 3 Q 6 6 7, Asaka tripled up, Hurata busted, and Yohwan won the side pot.

Lim Yohwan raised to 65k, Takao Shimizu shoved his 320k stack, Yohwan had the chips to call and did.

The board had plenty of love to give 9 5 7 7 2 for a nut flush to Yohwan. Shimizu exited in 10th place.

Just before the break, Lim Yohwan won a sizable pot to bring his stack near 1M. On the new level, he broke past the marker winning a pot against Victor Chong. The board A 10 Q 5, the pot of 170k in the middle, hebet 100k. Chong called. Yohwan claimed it with A 8 two pair.

Victor Chong moved all in and Takao Shimizu joined with his big stack. When Chong opened up 6 6, he was in danger of elimination with Shimizu holding Q Q. The board however favored Chong with the window card giving him a set running 5 2 6 3 10. Chong doubled up to 920k. Shimizu down to 346k.

Victor Chong shoved, Kazuki Hurata shoved, everyone folded. Chong A 10, Hurata A K, the board ran 3 8 J 9 10 for a nut flush to Chong. He doubled up to 334k, Hurata dropped to 800k.


Wendell Garcia railed by Lim Yohwan – 11th place – PHP 234,600

Wendell Garcia has been dealt his last hand here at the main. He shoved from utg with A 8 and beside him, Lim Yohwan called with J J. the board bricked. Garcia eliminated in 11th place.

Cheli Lin doubles up then falls to Mikiya Kudo – 12th place – PHP 234,600

Cheli Lin shoved his short stack twice. He doubled up on the first against Kosei Ichinose with 2 2 surviving overcards K Q that missed. On the next shove however, Mikiya Kudo sent him out in 12th place.

Le Ngoc Khanh takes some back from Lim Yohwan

Action folded to the small blind Lim Yohwan, he shoved well covering bb Le Ngoc Khanh. Khanh tanked for some time, the clock was called, he called on the last seconds.
