Lubas wins with 3-bet

Jay Lubas picked up a pot against Alex Lee who raised to 60K. Lubas re-raised to 220K, and Lee folded.

 


Takayama takes from Sanchez

Level: 26 Blinds: 15000-30000 Ante: 5000

Mike Takayama raised it up to 60K and Raymi Sanchez called as both went to see a flop of 2 Q 6. With both players opting to check, they went to see a turn card land 8 which Sanchez checked once again. Assessing the board, Takayama then bet 75K and Sanchez check-called. On the river of 8, Sanchez checked again, Takayama bet 135K, and Sanchez called. Takayama won the pot with his Q 10 two pairs. Sanchez mucked.


Magadan folds to Lee

Level: 26 Blinds: 15000-30000 Ante: 5000

Despite having picked up several blinds and antes, John Jay Magadan is still running very short stacked. Hoping to get something going, he raised it up to 85K preflop but was sent into the tank when Alex Lee moved all in for 670K. Magadan folded.


Raise war between Lee and Huntly

Level: 26 Blinds: 15000-30000 Ante: 5000

Alex Lee is making a bit of noise. Dennis Huntly raised to 70K, got three-bet to 200K by Alex Lee, and after tanking, Huntly gave up his hand.


Razavi vs Huntly

Level: 25 Blinds: 12000-24000 Ante: 4000

Samad Razavi raised it up to 50K from the hijack seat and was called by Dennis Huntly on the big blind. At the flop of 6 4 6, Huntly checked to Razavi who bet 55K, and just like that, Huntly folded.


Lubas vs Razavi

Level: 25 Blinds: 12000-24000 Ante: 4000

Jay Lubas began the hand by calling Samad Razavi’s 50K preflop raise. At the flop of K Q 10, Lubas led for 80K and was smooth-called by Razavi. At the turn of Q, both players checked to see a free river card of K. Lubas led the betting with 150K which Razavi decided not to match and folded.

 


Huntly on the move

Dennis Huntly raised to 100K preflop and picked up the blinds and antes after everyone folded.

Several hands later, Huntly raised to 60K, was re-raised to 143K by Mike Takayama, then four-bet all in by Huntly. Takayama folded and Huntly picked up a nice pot. He showed his A A.


Imperial traps Sanchez, climbs to 1.4M

Emmanuel Imperial began the hand by raising it up to 60K and found a caller in Raymi Sanchez. At the flop of Q 4 6, Imperial checked to Sanchez who bet 75K, which Imperial smooth-called. At the turn of 8, Imperial checked, Sanchez be 165K, Imperial check-raised all in, and when Sanchez called, his trap proved successful.
