Marc Rivera has already hurt the stacks of some of his opponents at his table but when he faced Jun Saito, things ended differently. Responding to Rivera’s 16K raise, Saito shoved with 103K and Rivera called.

With the board running 10♠ Q♣ 6♣, Rivera took the lead with a pair, but when the turn landed a K♣, Saito overtook him, then with the river of 6♥, Saito scooped up a sweet double up.
Sangwook Lee got all his chips in preflop and Samad Razavi matched it up for a showdown:

Unfortunately we were unable to catch the hand that ended Karl Peter Wittman’s run. He was railed in 32nd place and earned P98,000 for his placement.
Following behind him was Srinivas Polishetty who fell in 31st place. Polishetty was railed by Ian Brion with his A-J defeating Polishetty’s K-4 that met no luck on the board. Polishetty earns P98,000 for his run.
Looking to grab the blinds or double up, Samad Razavi pushed all his chips in the middle and was called by John Jay Magadan.

With the flop of 10♠ 9♠ 6♣, Magadan was ahead. With the turn of 4♦, Magadan still looking good as Razavi began to sweat it. But with the river landing A♠, Razavi found what he needed and was awarded a double up.
In an earlier hand, Michael Lindstrom lost around 65K of his chips to Marc Rivera, then eventually lost the rest of it to Rivera in this hand…

Gavin Smith played ruthlessly at the felt but in the end, he could not chip up his short stack and was eventually eliminated in 35th place. He earned P98,000 for his finish.
Right behind him was Julian Hasse who was ousted by Joven Huerto. Hasse was all in preflop for 90K and Huerto made the call.

With the board running 7♠ 2♥ 6♥ 5♣ 3♦, Huerto was ahead all the way, even improving to a set, and Hasse was out in 34th place. Hasse wins P98,000 for his finish at the Main Event.
