In the second day of the APT Asian Series Jeju 2013, Denmark’s Kristian Faering has gone to winning form after a series of recent bubble runs. Faering went heads up against Franklin Ha from Hong Kong with similar stacks in Freezeout 1 Event. The chips moved both ways even to the point wherein Franklin had a 2:1 chip lead. Faering would then grind back to almost even and after a major hand, Franklin would be crippled and left with one big blind.
“That hand was the only mistake I made throughout the tournament,” said Ha after it was all over.
While the PokerAce High Rollers event continues with the last three players lead by Hong Kong’s Sparrow Cheung with a stack of 219,000 followed by Raiden Kan (132,000) and Team Poker King Club’s Peter Chan (99,000).
