Emmanuel Segismundo is a young Filipino poker professional who has stormed onto the scene in 2011. With flying colors, Emman made it to the final tables of the Cebu and Manila stops of the APT Asian Series. In his best result of a 4th place at the recent APT Asian Series Manila held at Resorts World Manila, Emman won USD $20,951 in prize money.
Emman is a familiar face, not just in Asian Poker Tour events, but in some of the poker rooms and live tournaments around the Philippines as well. In spite of being fairly new in the live poker scene, Emman is already proving his worth and making a name for himself as a player not to be underestimated. It will not be surprising at all if this young lad will soon conquer other poker tournaments outside of his home country.
