The APT Championships was the last featured event of the inaugural APT Online Series. 753 entered across five flights to build up a tremendous prize pool worth $ 572,280. The final day opened with 213 players remaining of which 98 were destined to profit. After four and half hours of intense battle, APT regular Michael Kim Falcon “Dirty Duck” shipped it to collect the single largest first prize of the series.

On just the second level of the final day, DirtyDuck’s presence was well felt. He doubled up through Flight C leader HoneyFunny to become one of the race leaders.
By Level 3, DirtyDuck was relentless, earning pot after pot to become the first player to breach a million. The bubble burst at the fall of HannibalBarca to hur5t with straight over two pair.
Once the money rolled out, players dropped in breakneck speed. On the way to the final table, DirtyDuck delivered a bad beat to ElioZ_ with pocket twos improving to a set to defeat and eliminate pocket sevens. The final table was formed at the fall of JYFRmoon who was unable to recover after a bad beat with aces cracked by ace-queen with two queens quickly arriving on the flop.

DirtyDuck entered the final table with a solid lead over all of his opponents. After ANGSTMAN lost a chunk to hur5t, DirtyDuck took the rest. This was the first of six bust outs DirtyDuck delivered at the final table.
LongBTC fell to Loris51, justhavingfun busted to hur5t, then from there it was all DirtyDuck. LEN1234980 pushed with K♥ 5♥ and didn’t improve against A♥ K♦, huisean was next with ace-four off suit losing to ace-seven off suit. hur5t bumped it in 4th place with king-queen missing the board for pocket twos to hold, then “I always have it” doubled up Loris51 then lost the rest to DirtyDuck.
DirtyDuck maintained course at heads up. He grinded Loris51 down to create a 8:1 gap, Loris51 fought back and was able to double up however that was all. DirtyDuck never relinquished the lead. The final hand was A♣ 6♣ outdrawing K♣ K♦ for a crushing nut flush.

202 punters for the High Rollers to triple up the $ 30K guarantee to $ 95,950. The event ran a mind blowing eight hours with Louis Butron prevailing over waransan at heads up to capture the $ 18,866.87 first prize.

It took six hours before the final table was formed. It took half an hour before the first player fell with Downswingpeters eliminating MisterPro. Louis Butron denied readytoship another title by ending the player’s run in 8th place. Downswingpeters claimed a second victim in WhiteChick then t0602 ended scissrthread in 6th place.
Louis Butron earned a second bust in mon$sterDad, Downswingpeters earned a third in t0602, leaving three players. The three-handed round took over half an hour to crack as chips swung back and forth around the virtual felt. Downswingpeters went down in 3rd place at the hands of waransan.
Fairly even in chips, waransan slipped then doubled up. Five minutes later, Louis Butron retaliated by landing a double up then went on to win it.

The final table opened with sidotetsu in command. sidotetsu continued to rule the table knocking out sayoulala (8th) and Thai Ha (7th) to amass an enormous lead. From there, sidotetsu took several hits and was booted by elchobi in 4th place with ace-king over ace-queen.
elchobi continued to crush the competition. itsZyzz was next on the chopping block then bad beat lovejadeyu for the win.
