Day 2 of APT Daegu Crowns More Champions

The second day of the APT Daegu 2016 saw more trophies being awarded to its latest champions…

Yohn Paredes and Nick Blackburn receive the Battle of the Nations trophies

In The Battle of the Nations, Team Peru composed of Yohn Paredes and Nick Blackburn took down the field and also scooped the KRW 2,910,000 prize pool as they took first and second place in the tournament respectively.

Toan Nguyen receives the PLO High Rollers trophy

The Pot Limit Omaha High Rollers event, Australia’s Toan Nguyen took home the KRW 5,500,000 majority share of the prize pool as he took home his second APT trophy for the year.

While in the Ante Up for Charity event, Dong Kyun Nam who was born in Korea and has lived in Argentina outlasted the field for a payday of KRW 1,950,000. In addition The tournament raised a total of KRW 2,000,000 as donation to the Daehun Disabled Organization which is a local orphanage that looks after disabled young orphans in Daegu, South Korea.
