To claim the chip lead, at the final round Goyal eliminated Lakshpal Singh “boomtlt23” and got “Maverick_” to fold pocket Kings on an ace high board. He takes over the top spot in the Day 2 count bumping down Day 1A leader Shiven Rajore “sodasopa” to second rank.
Among the day’s survivors was inaugural series Main Event champion Rajat Mahajan “happyfish” who fired five bullets. He finished with 1.42L which bests his Day 1A result.
