The Asian Poker Tour is thrilled to announce its return to the live poker scene this October at the TMT Season 9 Festival to be held in Chinese Texas Hold’em Poker Club (CTP Club) Taipei, Taiwan. During the festival, four (4) Asian Poker Tour Taiwan Special Events will be hosted:

Taiwan Millions Tournament (TMT) was born in 2017, and the upcoming event in October will be its 9th Season. The series was structured to be a low buy-in festival which is suitable for Taiwan local market, and has now become the most attractive poker festival in Taiwan. For the recent year, it has also attracted a number of players from around the globe.
On its 8th Season, despite being attended only by local players due to the COVID-19 pandemic, TMT has broken a record with a massive field of 1,522 entries.
The Chinese Texas Hold’em Poker Club (CTP Club) is currently the largest Texas Hold’em Poker Club in Taiwan. It has seven clubs across Taiwan and is committed to promoting Texas Hold’em. Each club is hosting competitions every season and actively promotes its name thru partnerships with international poker brands like the Asian Poker Tour. The APT has hosted a total of four festivals in Taiwan with its inaugural event held last February 2019 at CTP Club Taipei. The inaugural event was a huge success with record breaking numbers on both of the featured events – the Main Event with 523 entries and a total prize pool of NT$ 15,219,200 (USD 493,000) and the Championships Event with 288 entries and a total prize pool of NT$ 12,571,200 (USD 407,300). Tallying up the festival, 28 countries were represented, over 700 unique players, 3,251 entries, and an overall prize pool of TWD 65,200,000.
