The APT Daegu 2016 continued today with the second starting day for the Main Event at the Daegu Casino at the Hotel Inter-Burgo in Daegu, South Korea.
From the day’s fifty-two entries, Japan’s Ranmi Chung emerged as the chip leader with 66,250 in chips. She returns tomorrow along with the overall chip leader Sergey Zasorin from Day 1A to vie for the first APT Daegu Main Event trophy and the KRW 25,800,000 purse.
Also today, Toan Nguyen received his second APT Daegu champion’s trophy via another Pot Limit Omaha Hi tournament.
In addition to Day 2 of the Main Event, tomorrow’s schedule includes the KRW 550,000 No Limit Hold’em and KRW 165,000 WeLoveSport.com Deep Stack Turbo events at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm respectively.
