Asian Poker Tour Marks Return to Korea with APT Daegu 2016

The return of the Asian Poker Tour to Korea will have cards flying at the felt today. This nine-day poker festival will run from Wednesday, March 23 until Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Daegu Casino in the Hotel Inter-Burgo Daegu in Korea. And we have a lot in store for you: a total of 17 Side Events, and the APT Daegu 2016 Main Event.

Spearheading the festival is the Welcome to Daegu Opening Event. It features multiple rebuys and an optional Add On. The next day, the Battle of the Nations tag-team event, which made its debut appearance at the APT Finale last December, is back on deck followed by the Ante Up for Charity is another enjoyable event to look forward to with proceeds going to a local orphanage. The APT Daegu Main Event will begin on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 1pm. Buy-in is KRW 1,650,000. Players seated before the first hand is dealt in the Main Event will be eligible for Main Event Bubble Protection. See here for all the details of the APT’s promotions starting 2016.

With all these exciting events and more on the schedule, the APT Player of the Year 2016 race will also see some action.
