Money Monday: 7 Eliminations Away From ITM in Cebu Main Event

Seven unlucky souls will be felted Monday knowing that they were a few spots away from the ITM round.

It’s Day 3 of the Main Event of the APT Asian Poker Series Cebu 2015 at the All In Poker Club at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino Lahug in Cebu, Philippines and 25 players remain in the running for the APT title worth PHP 1.824M.

The players in position to go very deep in this tournament are Norway’s Henrik Tollefsen, Japan’s Azusa Maeda and Iori Yogo, Korea’s SJ Kim (205,000); and Canada’s Thomas Lee (183,500) who will enter Day 3 as the chip leaders.

For the shorter stacks, getting the minimum payout of PHP 132,000 for the 18th placer would be the most immediate concern.
