After four days of action at the APT Asian Series Cambodia Main Event, the storm that was Michael Lindstrom could not be calmed as he topped the 112-entry field at the Queenco Casino & Hotel in Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
At the end of each day of the Main Event, Lindstrom consistently claimed top spot in the chip standings. Entering the final table, the other 7 players battled it out to try and chip away from his stack but the Danish did not falter. After defeating Korea’s Jae Chul Chang in the heads up battle, the poker hobbyist earned the champion’s prize of US$ 27,700, the bragging rights and the trophy.
