116 Runners Continue Mission for APT Title in Day 2 of the Main Event

116 of the original 208 runners return here at the Resorts World Manila all hoping to get a good run in Day 2 of the APT Philippines 2014 Main Event.

Do Hoang Anh is the chip leader entering Day 2 with 87,725 in chips and along with Guam’s Jim Bonanno (79,375) and Annie Bordallo (75,175) they will have big targets on their backs as the shorter stacks try to get their chips.

Can the trio stay at the top after Day 2? Or will we have a new leader? Play today finishes when we reach ITM (27 players) or after eight levels of play– whichever comes first.

Meanwhile, Makoto Fujibayashi of Japan won the MegaSportsWorld Deep Stack Turbo event on Sunday for $6,600. Also on the same day, Eric Garcia bagged the Pot Limit Omaha event title for $5,800.
