Day 3 in Cebu: Head Hunter and Ladies Event Champions Crowned

Poker action in the APT Asian Series Cebu at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Cebu, Philippines in partnership with the All In Poker Club Cebu continued with a pair of side events plus satellites to the Main Event.

The Head Hunter event drew 77 entries and it was Nick Blackburn from the United States who had a bountiful day with the 1st place finish and PHP 131,200 haul. Darren Chandler (South Africa) and Kristian Faering (Denmark) completed the top 3.

Ladies of Poker Champion: Lucena Requina

Meanwhile, another American bagged the other side event title when Lucena Requina won the Ladies of Poker event. Anne Cruz and Evelyn Caparaz, both from the Philippines, finished 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

Additionally, 11 satellite seats were awarded throughout the day. The APT Asian Series Cebu Main Event begins play at 1PM with registration open until the fourth level.
