The Asian Poker Tour (APT) in partnership with the All In Poker Sports Club Cebu will again host the APT Asian Series Cebu 2013 from January 23rd to the 30th at the Waterfront Hotel & Casino in Lahug, Cebu City. Now on its third consecutive year, the event has grown since it was first held in 2011 and looks to continue attracting both local and international players to the Philippines’ Queen City of the South.
It will feature a PHP 50,000 Main Event with eight Satellites together with fourteen Side Events including the Add On for Charity (for the benefir of the Cebu City Task Force on Street Children) and popular tournaments like the High Rollers, Mix Max 10-6-4, Head Hunter, Ladies of Poker, Pot Limit Omaha, Freezeouts and Deep Stack Turbos. APT Asian Series Cebu 2012 Main Event Champion: Tan Tai Zheng
Last year’s Main Event saw Singapore’s Tan Tai Zheng claim the championship and PHP 3,623,000 prize after two-hands in heads up with Samad Razavi, who would eventually become 2012 APT Player of the Year.
