A total entry count of 122 have joined the APT’s inaugural main event in Cambodia. Out of this number, 49 have moved on to today’s Day 2 of the Main Event. In addition, the following players from the APT Player of the Year’s top 10 will be in action on today’s felt: Sam Razavi (UK); Liam Anderson (Australia); Martin Nilsson (Sweden); Marc Rivera (Philippines) and Tetsuya Tsuchikawa (Japan).
“It’s been a tremendous first event for us here in Cambodia. We are delighted at the response from players and we truly have an international field of players, many the very best from Asia,” said APT Tournament Manager Jason Morris.
The APT Asian Series Cambodia 2012 is the first major international event to be staged in Cambodia consisting of a main event; 9 side events, a charity event and 7 satellite tournaments. It will come to a close tomorrow, 20th of November.
