In addition, airport shuttle services will be provided by the hotel for players booked at the hotel from November 14 to 16 only. Details are as follows:
- FREE airport pick up service for Players booked at the Las Vegas Sun Hotel & Casino.

- Non-booked guests can also avail of the airport pick up service but will be charged US$ 25 (for players will come from Ho Chi Minh airport) or US$ 45 (for players who will come from Pnom Penh airport) and subject to space availability.
- For players coming in via Vietnam, Las Vegas Sun Hotel & Casino staff will assist players with applying for Visas at the Vietnam-Cambodia border. All fees to be paid for by the player.

LVS staff will be available at both airports from 9AM to 6PM on November 14 to 16 to assist the players. If there is no LVS staff available upon arrival and a taxi has not been pre-arranged, players can either wait or take a taxi on their own.

The Las Vegas Sun Hotel and Casino will provide complimentary hotel rooms to players who will make a deposit into the casino’s rolling account. Complimentary room types and requirements are as follows:
- Standard Room: Minimum USD 3,000 deposit
- Suite Rooms: Minimum USD 6,000 deposit
- For rolling account deposits, players will receive 7 nights accommodation and be given the same amount as the deposit) in NON-CASHABLE casino chips. US$ 30 minimum bet for 2 hours minimum play per day.
- These chips will need to be played in the casino and cannot be converted back to cash. Non-cashable chips will not be accepted as payment for tournament buy ins.
