Day 2 of the China Poker Carnival Main Event: 142 Players Left in the Running

The Main Event of the China Poker Carnival 2012 has drawn a total of 414 players competing to be the champion of the only officially recognized poker tournament in China and take home the lion’s share of the CNY 1 Million Guaranteed prize pool.

From Day 1A’s 205 players, 66 of them will be joining the 76 players who survived Day 1B’s field of 209. These 142 players will then play until there are 27 left which will mark the end of Day 2 while Day 3 will play until the Final 9.

APT Poker Club members Jojo Allado and Daniel Chua are among those to make it to Day 2 although Ben Abrahams, Giselle Raloto, Edwin Hui, Jennette Tan, Conrad Coetzer and Jacky Wang were not as fortunate.
