The “Phil Ivey of home games”, as what Tommy Le calls himself, is probably one of the most popular faces on the world poker scene among the young poker professionals. Poker runs in the blood, he is the younger brother of poker pro and WPT champion Nam Le. Tommy used to play poker online, and then started taking on the live tables in 2005. The adrenaline rush and sweet victories got Tommy fixated on playing live poker in different tournaments around the globe.
Tommy’s most recent finish is 3rd in the APT Asian Series Manila Heads Up Event held last November at Resorts World Manila.
APT is most hopeful to see Tommy’s style and guile once again at the next Asian Series stop in Goa, India. APT Asian Series Goa will be held at Casino Royale Goa starting November 8, 2011. For the complete tournament schedule, click here.
